McArthur pair face multiple drug charges

MCARTHUR – The McArthur Police Department reported that on August 15, at approximately 9:30 p.m., officers along with deputies from the Vinton County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the McArthur Manor Apartments, 580 N. Market St. Apt. 25.

Tiffany Bruce, 25, and Travis Foster, 24, both of McArthur, were arrested on a felony charge of trafficking in drugs. Bruce was also charged with felony charge of tampering with drugs.

Misdemeanor charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia for both subjects were forwarded to the Vinton County Prosecutor’s Office for review. Bruce and Foster were transported to the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail and are incarcerated there pending a bond hearing.


The arrests follow a months-long investigation conducted by McArthur Police Officer Rick Hixson.
